My first meeting on a new Interior design and decoration project will usually be with the owner or manager of a property which can vary in size, age, function and length of ownership. It may be a much loved old family home now ready for a new lease of life or a new investment bought simply to generate the best rental income.
I enjoy getting to know just what the prospective client wants to achieve, where the budget sits, how much input he wants and what the timescale is. It may be a single room or maybe a whole Mansion House.
The first consultation is without charge and once the scope of works is established I will provide a more detailed estimate of cost. Most of my clients prefer to work on an "open book" basis where they know exactly what each element of the works is costing and they can enjoy the benefits of my generous trade discounts.
